So now all the threads are in the right order and the proper width for my colour gamp shawl!
I began tieing the threads onto the back beam this am, but still have a few groups to go this evening! after that it’s just threading the front heddle, hopefully without error and weaving away!
Before I start weaving this shawl I must finish at least one of the two baby blankets! I wove 5″ on Arrianna’s blanket last night, so only 23″ left!

I got 2 more repeats threaded fir V’s blanket, plus one colour of warp measured out and stored for warping later on! since I’m getting a great deal on a used 32″ Kronski Harp, I’ve got tine to prepare that warp! this is the problem with fall I am so inspired by fall colours that I start mire projects! so on top of the 3 projects that are already on looms, and one on the way so to speak! I’ve also got about 6 embroidery projects on the list, plus all the weaving projects bouncing around in my brain! I’m waiting on artwork on 3 projects and need to design 2, as well as get the material! Ah well such is the life of a fibre artist, guess I’ll just have to squeeze a trip to London into my schedule and budget!
